Talks and workshops with Rosy Hardy
Spend a morning on the nursery with Rosy and learn about perennials or develop your propagation techniques. These small, friendly sessions are aimed at novice and more experienced gardeners. There are sessions throughout the year.
For her talks, Rosy picks her favourite early seasonal flowering perennials from the nursery and talks about their attributes - how best to grow them, combine them with other plants to create great planting combinations and how to avoid common pitfalls.
At a propagation workshop, Rosy's aim is to enable participants to confidently use their newly acquired skills at home in their own gardens, to increase their plant propagation success rates and enjoy the experience of being able to produce their own plants.
The last dates for ordering plants or gifts for delivery by post is 15 December 2025. Our last date of dispatch will be 16 December 2025. Online gift vouchers can be ordered 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Our nursery shop is open until 19 December 2025 , when we close for our Christmas break, reopening on January 5 2026. We have plants which are too tall to post along with sculptural and practical metal work, peat free growing media and horticultural grit.
