Bright pink flowers are held in sprays on reddish brown stems above glossy green undulating rounded leaves with a red edge. It flowers from autumn through to winter.
A lower growing evergreen 'Elephant's Ears', this is the most reliable autumn flowering form we know. The red edge to the foliage is particularly attractive and acts as a great foil for more delicate spring and summer perennials. This tough plant prefers a sunny or partially shaded location within a moist, free-draining soil which is preferably humus-rich.
