'Hyperion' has large fragrant, yellow trumpet-like blooms which appear during the summer atop tall flower stems. Hemerocallis is commonly known as Daylily, it is a clump-forming bushy perennial with grass-like arching, green foliage.

Ideal for a south-facing border Daylily flourish in full sun or light shade in any reasonably good, moderately moisture-retentive soil. A perfect perennial for courtyard gardens or cottage gardens, Hemerocallis also look wonderful when planted en masse near water or in prairie style plantings. Divide Hemerocallis every four to five years or when clumps become large, during late summer/early autumn.
