Bred here at the nursery by our propagators, 'Freefolk Stars' has particularly attractive foliage. Each divided leaf is a striking combination of fresh green edged with golden yellow neatly set off by a bold brown splash. In summer charming white flowers appear on short stems above the neat clumps of foliage.
Providing a long period of interest in the garden, 'Freefolk Stars' is particularly suited to smaller plots. With its preference for a moist but free draining soil and part shade to shade, use its eye-catching colour combination to brighten up a container on a shady terrace. Like other X HEUCHERELLA too much sun will scorch its leaves. With time it will clump up and should be divided every 4th year in spring.
