Height x Spread: 60cm x 40cm
Large fat pokers, tawny apricot in colour fading to lemony cream are carried on sturdy upright stems above strong clumps of evergreen foliage.
Highlighted in a 2010 RHS trial, the recently introduced 'Moonstone' is a softer version of K. 'Tawny King' but boasts flowers almost twice its size. Perfect for adding strong verticality and soft late season colour into a sunny border, it combines beautifully with Salvia 'Blue Spire', Salvia 'Indigo Spires' and Dahlia 'Shandy'. To shine it needs a site in full sun with fertile, moist but free draining soil.
