Description
Height x Spread: 80cm x 50cm
This more compact grass produces upright narrow, fine green leaves with a silver edge and occasional small clusters of pink flowers in autumn. Grow this grass where sunlight will catch it, illuminating its elegant, light form and making it glow silver.
Its scale is ideal for a small space, whether urban garden, courtyard or informal cottage garden setting. Low maintenance, cut it down to the ground in late winter/early spring before new foliage shoots appear. It also makes a great foliage ingredient for a container. To get the best results, plant it in full sun in a fairly fertile, well drained soil that retains some dampness.
