SALVIA microphylla 'Cerro Petosi White'

Well drained soil
Pot Size

Height x Spread: 60cm x 60cm

'Cerro Petosi White' produces large, pure white, two-lipped flowers on an evergreen, bushy plant with small, aromatic, fresh foliage. Very hard working, it flowers profusely from mid summer into late autumn, making it an ideal candidate for planting in containers around a terrace, or at the front of a bed in a courtyard area or cottage garden.

Delicate looking, it is actually far tougher than you might imagine, due to its parent Salvia's origins in the high altitude Cerro Petosi mountains in Mexico. In spring, after the frosts have finished, prune lightly. This form of 'Baby Sage' thrives in a moist but free draining soil. Best in full sun but can tolerate partial shade.
