Booking & Cancellation Policy for Group Tours

We appreciate that organising a large group of people can be awkward and invariably people either drop out due to illness/unforeseen circumstance OR decide they want to join your group at the last minute. We therefore take payment  for our "Behind the Scenes Tours" on the day of the tour.

Payment -

Payment is the sole responsibility of the person organising / booking the tour , payment should be made either by cash, cheque or card to Hardy's Cottage Garden Plants on the day of the tour.  

Tour Bookings can be taken for groups of 20 to 53 people. Tours cost £6 per head including Biscuits and a cup of Tea or Coffee. 

All tours are subject to a minimum charge of £120.

 

Your tour guide & tour -

We can not guarantee that Rosy Hardy will be available on the day of your tour to act as your Tour Guide. We reserve the right to select another member of staff to act as your Tour Guide - however we endeavour to honour all advanced bookings where groups have specifically requested Rosy Hardy. 

Hardy's reserves the right to change/alter the route of the advertised tour at anytime and without notice due to circumstances beyond our control or weather conditions which may affect the health or safety of your group. 

 

Cancellations 

If you cancel your tour -

There is no charge for cancelling your tour but we would appreciate as much notice as possible. 

If we cancel a tour - 

Hardy's Cottage Garden Plants are entitled to cancel any tour or event at any time. In these cases you will be contacted and given the option to transfer your tour to another day of our choosing which is convenient to your group.
