Flowering late April. Elegant and classy, the large pale primrose flowers delicately edged in cream look wonderful drifting through a border underplanted with blue spring flowers such as Muscari or mixed with a dark purple tulip like Tulipa 'Ronaldo'. For a eye-catching look for your terrace try combining them with dark purple foliage in pots. In the garden it prefers a rich, free-draining soil.
