February's four-legged Member of the Team is BAGEL, a sleek seven year old Fox Red Labrador, who comes in everyday with her human Georgia. Furloughed from her regular role as an all-round game keeper's dog, she has quickly become a firm favourite of all the Hardy's Team. Even Neil, who pretends to not like dogs (yeah right Neil), calls her 'Deputy Dawg', which says more about his age than he may care to mention!

Always on the go, BAGEL never stops, there is always so much to do. Even if her feet are momentarily still, her tail is still going nineteen to the dozen. From being initially slightly reserved, she has blossomed into a fully fledged 'Meet and Greet' ambassador for the nursery, sometimes even beating Archie to saying hi to a visitor.

But her skills and talents do not end there.

She has a Advanced Buggy Passenger Certificate acting as navigator and look-out for Georgia as they power around the nursery.

Rabbit hunter extraordinaire - she hugs the banks that edge the nursery in the hope she will catch one. Many hours can be spent on this pleasurable diversion

Health and Safety Supervisor - keeping guard as Rob removes branches that have blown down into the road

Entertainer and Motivator - endlessly throwing the ball for Milly the border collie

Indoors or Outdoors at Hardy's? 'OUTDOORS! Best place is probably the yard where I roll around creating dust storms. Foxes Milly everytime.'

Favourite food? 'Err - I am a Labrador, I LOVE ALL FOOD! Pilfering the dog and cat treats from 'crafty corner' (A.K.A. Mail Order) is getting more challenging though. Do you think they have caught on?'

Worst habit? 'Moi? As I said as I am a Labrador, I have no bad habits. That's what the manual says. Ok, maybe wandering off when I am bored...'
