                                        Adenophora 'Gaudi Violet'
Height 60cm x spread 45cm
A more compact form of Adenophora, this easy to grow plant has spires of soft violet bell shaped flowers over basal green foliage. It is ideal for a cottage garden, but also works well in a prairie style scheme or a wildlife setting, attracting bees and other pollinators. It combines beautifully with soft yellows and pinks in the garden and provides good vertical structure within a border.
With regular dead heading it has a long flowering season from June right through to September. It can be grown in sun or part shade in any reasonable soil. To keep your plant thriving divide congested clumps every 2-3 years
