Description
Ageratum petiolatum
Height x Spread: 60cm x 50cm
This summer flowering perennial produces masses of fluffy, lilac flowers in profusion up until the first frosts. It has a branching habit and goes well in mixed borders, where it combines beautifully with soft and tawny oranges, yellows, blues and purples.
Protection through the winter in a cold frame or cold greenhouse is recommended, or alternatively take some cuttings. Make sure it always has a good soil with good drainage.
