Description
Anemone blanda 'White Splendour'
Height x Spread: 15cm x 15cm
'White Splendour' puts on a charming early spring display with lots of simple white blushed palest pink daisy flowers and contrasting yellow centres, each jostling with its neighbour over mounds of finely cut foliage. Easy to grow and ever so polite, once the display is over the flowers and foliage fade totally away, only to return the next spring to perform again.
Perfect for planting up in spring pots around a terrace enjoying the sun or dappled shade, encourage them to naturalise within a woodland garden or plant them around deciduous trees and shrubs to inject some early spring colour. They thrive in a fertile, humus-rich soil that is also free draining. Bees and other pollinators love their nectar rich flowers.
