Delivery charges
We accept online orders from mainland GB along with the Isle of Wight. We do not accept orders from Northern Ireland.
Zone A and Zone B postage and packaging.
Zone A - All postcodes in England & Wales.
Zone B - The following Postcode areas within Lowland Scotland, please note the exceptions.

*We don't have a minimum order value, however all orders below £16.99 are subject to a slightly higher delivery charge.

Special instructions for your delivery
If you are going to be out when your delivery is due, please use the "Special Instructions" box to tell us where your parcel can be left in a safe place.
Please could you also fill in the "Special instructions" box with any further information you feel our courier may need to find your address - e.g Your "What3Words" location or specific directions "Our house is down a small lane on the left hand side of The Old Thirteenth Cheshire Astley Volunteer Rifleman Corps Inn and is not visible or signposted from the road.
Acceptance of your order
We would advise that your order has not been accepted until you have received a confirmation email from Hardy's Cottage Garden Plants. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided by the courts of England and Wales.

Pricing
Goods advertised on this site are subject to change in price without notice, however in the interests of good customer service, such changes are unlikely. All prices are inclusive of VAT. If you do not receive an invoice and require one for accounting purposes, please email us with your order number, and date of order.

When receiving plants by mail order: Please be aware that your plants will arrive cut back.This does not harm your plant, in fact it aids better establishment of the plants whilst helping increase root and shoot growth once your plant is in the ground - this is horticultural good practice. To help you we include basic planting instructions with your order.
'Pickup in store' available at Hardy's Cottage Garden Plants from the nursery shop. (Hampshire,UK)
If you live in our area and would like to collect your plants rather than have them delivered you can convert your order to allow you to 'Pickup in store' from Hardy's Cottage Garden Plants. We hasten to add it will still take us a minimum of 48hrs to gather your order and contact you. We ask you not to visit the nursery just on the off chance that your order will be ready. You will find that some plants listed on the website are only available to 'Pickup in store'. This enables us to include plants which are either just too delicate or too large to send via mail order courier and allows customers who intend to visit the nursery to buy them in advance. This also currently applies to other items such as MELCOURT SYLVAGROW® Compost.
Once our team have gathered your order you will receive an email asking you to confirm when you will be collecting your order - we can not hold orders for a period of more than 10 working days .
*PLEASE NOTE* While our nursery shop may be open, our office is not staffed weekends and on bank holidays. Any 'Pickup in store' orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will not be processed until Monday.
