Aubrieta Royal Series

A lovely spring flowering plant smothered with blooms in deep shades of purple to pink over low mounding evergreen foliage.  This alpine is an improved version of an old garden favourite and is perfect for a rockery, trough or tumbling over walls, quite happily growing in crevices too.

To keep the plants tidy they require a good cut back after flowering.  This needs to be at least halfway up the stems.  They prefer free draining soil, in a sunny position.
