Description
Coreopsis verticillata 'Grandiflora'
Height x Spread: 60cm x 60cm
Commonly known as Whorled tickseed, this bushy perennial has finely divided foliage. During late summer through until autumn it bears bright yellow star-like flowers.
C. verticilliata's are long lived in comparison to other Coreopsis, they desire full sun but are tolerant of partial shade and require a free-draining soil. This bright spark of a perennial is tolerant to salt spray making it ideal for coastal locations. Keep deadheading to prolong flowering.
