Description
Geranium dalmaticum
Height x Spread: 15cm x 30cm
This ankle-high evergreen Geranium bears a profusion of small shell-pink flat flowers above a carpet of citrus-scented shiny, dark green foliage. Flowering its socks off in early summer, it provides further autumn interest as its foliage turns fiery orange-red.
Said to be deer and rabbit resistant, its spreading habit lends itself well to edging paths or providing dainty but tough ground cover. Ideal for a wildlife or gravel garden, it also looks fabulous planted with contrasting foliage in a container. It will thrive in a free-draining soil and can tolerate all light conditions from full sun to full shade.
