Description
Geranium × riversleaianum 'Russell Prichard'
Height x Spread: 30cm x 60cm
Dainty, magenta, saucer-shaped flowers with dark veining, bob and weave over a spreading carpet of rounded sage-green leaves. A wonderful cottage garden staple, this floriferous Geranium likes to sprawl and scramble through its neighbours.
Capitalise on its informal, relaxed habit and plant it where it can cascade over the edge of steps or fill a gap at the front of the border. Perfect for ground cover or long-lasting colour in a gravel garden, it attracts bees, butterflies and other insects in droves. It performs best in full sun to part shade, in any moderately rich soil that is not too waterlogged.
