Dianthus 'Miss Farrow'
Height x Spread: 45cm x 30cm
'Miss Farrow' is a rather elegant scented Dianthus with delicate open flowers of palest pink gently frilled petals that fade with age to mid pink, held on slender stems above grey green narrow foliage.
A star of Ulf Nordfjell's RHS Chelsea 2013 Show Garden, it has since become a firm favourite at the nursery for its willowy silhouette and strong flowering performance. A natural choice for a well-drained, sunny spot in a cottage garden, it also combines beautifully with ornamental grasses, especially those with dark purplish-brown stems such as Molinia.
