Phlox paniculata 'Bright Eyes'

This Perennial Phlox , has a clump-forming upright habit. In the summer tall stems with dark green lance-shaped leaves bear fancy blousy blooms of scented pale pink flowers with a sublime red eye. 

Bees adore P. 'Bright Eyes',  it is a fantastic plant if you're trying to encourage pollinators. Division can be carried out during the autumn or spring. It will grow happily in any reasonably good soil in a partially shady or sunny area. Deadhead to prolong flowering. To help your Phlox reach its full potential mulch over winter.
