Ranunculus montanus double-flowered

Double, buttercup yellow flowers with a green centre, bloom throughout spring. This non-invasive perennial has deep green buttercup-like foliage.

Performs best when planted in a humus-rich, moisture-retentive yet free-draining soil. It is ideal for alpine or gravel gardens; position it in a sunny situation.

This Ranunculus is summer deciduous, after flowering it will die away becoming dormant throughout the summer months, before reappearing the flowing spring. Be careful not to mistakenly dig it up.
