New to the nursery in 2017, E. seguieriana shone for its combination of feathery grey-green needle foliage and clusters of vivid lime-green bracts, that appeared on dark ginger stems from midsummer to early autumn.
Perfect for filling the colour gap left in gardens when the zing of the spring and early summer flowering Euphorbia faded, it proved very popular with customers. Hardy and clump-forming, its habit is more open and informal. Show it off by combining with dark ornamental grasses or autumn flowering perennials such as Symphyotrichum turbinellum. It performs best in a free draining soil in full sun.
