Veronica longifolia 'Marietta'PBR
Height x Spread: 40cm x 40cm
Firework like spires of flower burst onto the scene during the summer. Deep, rich blue flowers with exerted stamens cluster around slender stems. The green lance-shaped leaves have slightly serrated margins.
'Marietta' has a more compact habit than the species and can be planted towards the front of the border. This Veronica thrives in any moist, yet well-drained soil and in either sun or part-shade. Cut back the stems after the blooms have gone over, to encourage further flowering down the stem.
