Hardy’s Cottage Garden Plants is an independent, family run nursery specialising in growing and supplying herbaceous perennials to the general public and trade. The Nursery is owned by Robert & Rosemary Hardy as a Partnership.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you place an order for products or services and / or when you create a website account. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

 

How will we use the information about you?

The personal information we collect via this website includes your name, address and postcode, telephone numbers, e-mail address and card payment details.

We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website.

For your convenience, addition to any of our databases will give you automatic registration to our site using the same username and password.

For your convenience we will store your registration information so that you do not have to complete all the sections of order forms each time you use the web site.

We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about Hardy’s other products and services which we think may be of interest to you. 

When placing an order via this website your card payment details are dealt with securely online by Barclaycard. We will keep you informed about the status of your order by sending you updates via e-mail. We may phone you to discuss your order. 

We share your delivery address and contact phone numbers with our parcel courier - UK Mail, to facilitate delivery of your order.

Hardy’s Cottage Garden Plants will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other companies.
