Katy Terry's RHS Chelsea Garden for the ADHD Foundation

Katy Terry, a first time designer at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show won an RHS Silver Gilt medal for her All About Plants garden for the ADHD Foundation.

Sponsored by Project Giving Back, the garden aimed to raise awareness of neurodiversity through the plants, topiary and sculptures, encouraging visitors to 'think differently about thinking differently'.  With 1 in 5 people now diagnosed as being neurodiverse, Katy used the garden's biodiversity to reflect human diversity.  And during the show, nature demonstrated it's own diversity by throwing up a red poppy in a grouping of Papaver rhosea 'Amazing Grey' which are, as the name suggests, grey.
