Alcalthaea suffrutescens 'Parkallee'
Height x Spread: 150cm x 50cm
This delightful Mallow relative flowers in late summer with apricot cup-shaped flowers and a double centre. Often known as a perennial hollyhock, it has the additional benefit of being rust resistant.
This cottage garden staple has a strong branching habit. Once it has finished flowering it needs to be cut back to 5cm from ground level to maintain a good shape. Full sun or part shade in a good soil are the best growing conditions.
