'Clouds of Perfume' lives up to its name by providing us with numerous clusters of scented flowers during late spring. The pale lilac-blue single flowers are held above green oval leaves.
It spreads slowly forming clumps of evergreen foliage. Ideal for providing ground cover especially on banks and slopes, this Phlox prefers situations in partial shade and is perfect for woodland locations or for under-planting shrubs and roses. Humus-rich, moisture-retentive soils are preferred when planting in your borders and beds. Softwood cuttings can be taken from non-flowering stems during the spring.
