Salvia 'Eveline'

Height x Spread: 50cm x 50cm

'Eveline' produces lots of very elegant spikes of pale pink flowers with a lavender lower lip, above fuzzy, grey green, sage-scented foliage. Flowering through June and July, 'Eveline' is valued both for its unusual colour and prolific blooms.

Plant it where it will be best appreciated such as in a container, or pride of place in a sunny dry border or Mediterranean scheme. Bred by Piet Oudolf, it associates well with whites, dark reds, blues and purples. An easy to grow and excellent cut flower, supposedly rabbit and deer resistant. Deadheading spent flowers will help prolong its display. It grows best in sun or partial shade in a light, well drained soil.
